'RidgeHaven' was born from a vision to offer true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our local pizzeria was initially a quaint, family-oriented place, boasting recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, the pioneer of our establishment, mastered pizza-making across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, the home of pizza. After her journey, she came back to the UK, driven to replicate the wonder of authentic Italian pizza, conserving traditional techniques and sourcing premium ingredients.
Starting with just 12 seats, our pizzeria has expanded into a renowned neighborhood gem, yet our dedication to excellence and authenticity has persistently remained. We continue utilizing time-tested wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and selecting the best ingredients available.
Presently, 'RidgeHaven' is still in the hands of our founding family, with the Bianchi progeny now at the helm of a devoted team. Although we've integrated some new technology, our core philosophy endures: to produce delightful, authentic pizzas that unite friends and family.
